안산장상지구 마스터플랜은 LH 공사가 주최한 현상설계에서 당선된 프로젝트입니다.

서울 남서측에 위치한 이 신도시 개발 계획은 보행 중심 도시를 목표로, 체계적인 보행 네트워크를 통해 이동의 편의성과 도시의 연결성을 극대화하고자 합니다. 또한, 수변 공간과 내부 녹지축을 조성하여 자연과 조화를 이루는 녹색 도시를 실현하며, 매력적인 보행로를 설계해 활기차고 생동감 있는 도시 분위기를 만들어갈 계획입니다.

약 2,213,319㎡ 규모의 신도시는 적정 밀도의 18,000호 공동주택과 함께 신설 예정인 역을 중심으로 상업지역과 지식산업센터를 배치하여, 직주근접이 가능한 균형 잡힌 도시로 조성될 예정입니다.

The Ansan Jangsang District Master Plan is the winning design from a competition hosted by LH Corporation.

Located in the southwestern region of Seoul, this new town development project aims to create a pedestrian-oriented city by establishing a well-structured pedestrian network that maximizes mobility and urban connectivity. Additionally, the plan incorporates waterfront spaces and internal green corridors to create a green city in harmony with nature, while designing attractive pedestrian pathways to foster a vibrant and dynamic urban atmosphere.

The new city, spanning approximately 2,213,319㎡, will feature 18,000 residential units at an appropriate density, alongside a commercial area and knowledge industry center centered around a planned new station. These elements aim to create a well-balanced urban environment that ensures proximity between work and residence.
